Travel #3 Puerto Vallarta

Another Travel Vlog! I had the most amazing vacation in Puerto Vallarta Mexico! If your looking for an end of summer vacation, then Mexico is the place to visit! The food, drinks, bright colored buildings and artistic views made my heart so happy. We stayed at the CasaMagna Marriott which offers great customer service, a full service spa, beachside view, and indoor/out door pools. I recommend getting the aromatic/ anti – cellulite body treatment at the Ohtli Spa. I felt relaxed and truly on cloud 9. Here are a few photos from my trip! Enjoy!

Travel #2 – Los Angeles

If you travel to California, one of my top spots for a getaway is Los Angeles. This Mother’s Day my family and I wanted to celebrate and soak up some sun. Los Angeles is know for good food, shopping, beaches and celeb-spotting. One of my favorite restaurants to visit is “C & O Trattoria”, the garlic knots are out of this world and the shrimp ravioli is delicious. Although L.A is know for the traffic, the trip was really relaxing.  We went shopping at Windsor Square and picked up gluten free treats at “Erin McKenna’s Bakery.” You have to try the coffee crunch donut, its ORGASMIC! The last day we celebrated at “Gladstones” in Pacific Palisades, who doesn’t love a great dinner on the beach! If you want good food and beach fun, Los Angeles is your go-to place too visit. Until next time!

Travel #1 – Arizona

If your looking for a quick getaway – Sedona, Arizona is one of my favorite places for outdoor activities and holistic treatments. Whether your in Sedona for art or the popular red rocks, you can’t help but feel a healing aura around you. I was able to take sometime off and finally go on a mother/daughter trip. We stayed at the “Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock,” which offered a spa, golf, and dining. I loved this hotel because it was surrounded by beautiful scenery of “Red Rock.” Each day was a painting with hues of red, orange, and green. Instead of the traditional spa experience, we went to a healing center “Ayurveda Spa & Holitic Center.” I received a Abhyanga massage (lymphatic massage), Shiro Dhara (3rd eye awaking) and Swedhana (a herbal steam detox). The owner Avani was a true healer and made us feel at home. I felt completely relaxed and spiritually awakened. Below are a few photos I took – I’m ready for the next chapter in my book!

Enjoy! – AC
